Privacy Policy
Last updated October 13, 2026. What this site collects, why, and what you can do about it.
Overview
This policy covers vistacreativedigital.com, run by Vista Creative Digital LLC, a web and graphic design business based in Wyandanch, NY.
Vista collects only what it needs to answer your inquiry, schedule a consultation, and understand how the site is used. Vista does not sell your personal information and does not use it for advertising.
What is collected
Project inquiry form. The project type, organization type, name, email, phone number (optional), what you're trying to accomplish, budget comfort, timeline, and preferred contact method you enter.
Consultation booking. The date and time you pick, plus the name, email, phone number (optional), business or organization, project type, and message you enter.
Spam protection. When a form is sent, a coded (hashed) version of your IP address is kept for up to one hour to limit repeated submissions.
Usage data. Google Analytics records the pages you visit, how long you stay, the site that referred you, your device and browser type, and your approximate location (city or region). Like most web hosts, the hosting server also keeps standard technical logs, such as IP addresses and pages requested, for security and troubleshooting.
If you email or call Vista directly, the information you share that way is handled the same way described here.
How it's used
Information you send through the site is used to respond to you, prepare a quote, schedule and hold consultations, and deliver any project you start with Vista.
Usage data is used to understand which pages are helpful and to improve the site. It is not used to identify you personally.
Who it's shared with
Vista does not sell, rent, or trade personal information. It is shared only with the service providers that run the site and business:
Web hosting provider (based in the United States) hosts the website and stores form submissions and bookings.
Google Workspace delivers and stores the emails sent when you submit a form or book a consultation.
Google Analytics processes the usage data described above.
Google Fonts serves the site's typefaces, which means your browser sends your IP address to Google when the page loads.
Information may also be disclosed if required by law.
Cookies and analytics
The site's own code does not set cookies. Google Analytics sets cookies (named _ga and similar) to tell new visits from returning ones. Google Analytics does not store your full IP address, and Vista's account keeps this usage data for 2 months.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics on every site with Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Google explains how it uses this data at policies.google.com.
Do Not Track. The site does not currently respond differently to browser "Do Not Track" signals.
How long it's kept
Inquiries, bookings, and related emails are kept as long as needed to respond to you, provide services, and keep normal business records. If you ask, they will be deleted sooner, unless they need to be kept for legal or tax reasons.
Spam-protection data is deleted after one hour. Google Analytics usage data is kept for 2 months.
Your choices
You can ask to see the personal information Vista holds about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Email info@vistacreativedigital.com and you'll get a response within 30 days.
Vista keeps your information on reasonably secure, password-protected systems, but no method of sending or storing data online is completely secure.
Children's privacy
This site is meant for businesses and organizations and is not directed to children under 13. Vista does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information, email Vista and it will be deleted.
Changes and contact
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date.
