These terms cover vistacreativedigital.com, run by Vista Creative Digital LLC, a web and graphic design business based in Wyandanch, NY.
By using this site, sending a project inquiry, booking a call, or agreeing to text messages, you accept these terms. How your information is handled is covered in the Privacy Policy.
Text messages
Program. Vista Creative Digital LLC runs an informational text message program for people who ask about a project or book a call on this site. Messages cover the inquiry or booked call only.
What you get. If you check a text message box on the project inquiry form or the booking calendar, Vista Creative Digital LLC texts you about that inquiry or booked call: confirmations, a link to book a call, reminders, and follow-ups. No promotional or marketing texts are sent.
How often. Up to 3 messages per inquiry or booking.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply, based on your mobile plan.
Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You'll get one message confirming you're unsubscribed. To start again, check the box on a new form or contact Vista.
Help. Reply HELP, email info@vistacreativedigital.com, or call (631) 371-9765.
Not required. Agreeing to texts is optional and is not a condition of any purchase.
Age. You must be 18 or older to sign up for text messages.
Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy. Your phone number and text consent are not sold or shared with third parties for their marketing. See Text messages in the Privacy Policy.
Inquiries and bookings
Sending an inquiry or booking a discovery call does not create a contract or commit you to anything. A discovery call is a conversation to understand your project.
You can reschedule or cancel a booked call with the link in your confirmation email, or by contacting Vista.
Please send accurate information. Vista may decline inquiries or bookings that look like spam or misuse.
Prices and services
Packages, prices, and timelines on this site describe Vista's typical work and can change. The scope, price, and schedule for your project are set in a written proposal or agreement, and that document controls over anything on this site.
Content and ownership
The text, design, and graphics of this site belong to Vista Creative Digital LLC. Please don't copy or reuse them without permission.
Client names, logos, photos, and websites shown on this site belong to their owners and appear as examples of Vista's work.
Other websites
This site links to other websites, including client sites and the services Vista uses. Vista is not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.
No guarantees
This site is provided as is. Vista works to keep it accurate and available but does not guarantee that it is error-free or always online.
